Responsibilities

Develop, optimize and maintain recipes for various tools using python, recipe editor or other similar programming tools

Basic operation, alignment, calibration and maintenance of the tools involved in fully automated TEM analysis

Provide timely support for recipe troubleshooting

Learn new techniques and provide training to peer engineers/technicians

Recognize opportunities and lead projects to improve the analytical work in terms of capability, quality, efficiency and cost saving

Required

B.S. and above in Materials Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline

More than 2 years of hands-on experience on at least 2 of the following: AMHS, SEM, FIB, TEM, Metrology

Fluent in python, recipe editor or other programming languages

Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes and device physics

Excellent problem solving ability

Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Demonstrated experience on recipe or software development

More than 2 years experience in semiconductor industry

Previous analytical lab experience
