Responsibilities

Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate generative AI solutions to address real-world challenges
Interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, aid them in implementation of generative AI solutions, brief customers and guide them on adoption patterns and paths to production
Help customers build their solutions through approaches such as prompt engineering, model selection, agentic framework, training or fine-tuning
Provide customer and market feedback to product and engineering teams to help define product direction

Qualification

Machine Learning ModelsGenerative AINeural Deep LearningProgramming in PythonNatural Language ProcessingCustomer InteractionCollaboration

Required

5+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

Preferred

Experience in building speech recognition, machine translation and natural language processing systems (e.g., commercial speech products or government speech projects)
Experience in building machine learning models for business application
