Responsibilities
Interface with outside vendors product qualification and preparing qualification reports
Interface with outside IC packaging vendors. Preparing job request, inspection and shipment of wafers, receiving and inspection of shipments, inventory stocking and destocking
Interface with outside test vendors. Preparing job request tracking and logging progress and maintaining a database
Interface with outside related vendors such as package marking
In house test and measurement to ensure product conformance to spec
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Familiar with IC qualification standards
Familiar with IC packaging and test
Familiar with ISO9001 concepts and procedures
Familiar with programming languages such as Python
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a part of a team and independently
Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative
A BS in Electrical Engineering, or a related field with six (4) years of professional experience or a MS in Electrical Engineering, or a related field with four (2) years of professional experience
