Responsibilities
Build and maintain long term relationships with building owners and facility managers
Understand customer goals and offer solutions that improve building performance
Sell service agreements, upgrades, retrofits, and energy saving improvements
Identify upcoming building projects and involve the system sales team early
Recommend expansions, software updates, and modernization options
Manage account strategies and track activity
Ensure customers feel supported and want to continue the partnership long term
Qualification
Required
Experience in HVAC, building systems, or energy focused sales
Comfortable discussing technical concepts in building automation
Strong communicator who builds trust easily
Organized, proactive, and self directed
Familiar with consultative sales methods like BASE or SPIN
