Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day payment performance analyses, troubleshooting issues across acquiring, payouts, and APMs
Monitor authorization rates, settlement performance, and payment success metrics; identify trends and partner with processors to drive improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Risk teams to optimize payment routing, cost efficiency, and user experience
Support the creation, automation, and maintenance of real-time payment reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Conduct root-cause analyses for payment exceptions, declines, and processing errors, escalating or remediating as needed
Continuously evaluate and improve payment processes through automation, tooling enhancements, and new solution development
Prepare and maintain monthly payment performance and cost metrics for Business Leaders and the Executive team
Qualification
Required
Ability to work effectively in an environment of complexity, ambiguity, changing priorities and flex based on demand
Extremely detail oriented with superb organizational skills
SQL proficiency
Strong ability to create excel models and presentations
Working knowledge of payments systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
Python / Tableau experience preferred
Knowledge of sports betting and online gambling a huge plus
