Marketing Operations Manager
The Cake is a fast-growing technology company seeking a seasoned Integrated Campaigns Contractor for their campaigns team. This role involves leading campaign architecture, funnel planning, paid media execution, and performance analysis across multiple channels, requiring a strategic and hands-on marketing operations expert.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end campaign operations across digital channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, retargeting)
Architect and optimize integrated campaign funnels, lead flows, and multi-touch nurture strategies
Analyze campaign performance, develop executive-ready dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations
Conduct regular QBRs and performance reviews to identify optimization opportunities
Lead marketing automation processes in Marketo (or equivalent) and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and analytics platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RevOps, Demand Gen, Analytics, Creative) to align strategy and execution
Troubleshoot and proactively improve marketing processes, workflows, and campaign efficiencies
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years in Marketing Operations, Integrated Campaigns, or similar roles in B2B tech/SaaS
Hands-on expertise with Marketo (certification preferred) and Salesforce
Advanced experience with paid digital channels: Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, retargeting
Strong analytics and reporting experience (Looker, Tableau, GA4, or similar)
Proven track record in campaign management, funnel architecture, and performance optimization
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp time; autonomous and strategic thinker
Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing and RevOps teams
