Responsibilities

Lead Complex Litigation : Strategically manage and lead high-stakes commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters in Colorado state courts

Strategic Leadership : Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues

Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality of work

Client Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process

Efficient Caseload Management : Oversee and efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes

Business Development : Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the firm’s litigation practice and enhance client relationships

Required

12+ years of active litigation experience, with substantial expertise in commercial, real estate, and employment litigation

Extensive trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation from inception through resolution

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in Colorado

Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams

Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategies
