Responsibilities
Setup, maintain, operate and monitor IC tester/handler operations, including test program loading and revision verification
Manage test datalog and test summary for reporting processes
Troubleshoots, diagnoses test operation problems, implements corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other engineers as appropriate
Hands on with PCB rework, cable rework, using test equipment and performing measurements
Setup, monitor board level tests and log/report results
Document and report equipment performance, issues, and corrective action
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of related experience in a semiconductor test environment
Working knowledge of a variety of test hardware, software, and operating systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency in reading technical schematics, manuals, and troubleshooting equipment failures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a part of a team independently and adhere to safety protocols
Associate degree or Technical Certification in Electronics Technology with 4-6 years of experience
