Translate business goals and audience insights into compelling creative concepts
Develop social-first static and video content that drives engagement and performance
Craft strong messaging, hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action
Lead creative projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery
Partner with designers, editors, and producers to execute campaigns across paid and organic channels
Maintain a high standard of creative quality through reviews, feedback, and refinement
Stay current on platform trends, audience behavior, and emerging formats
Present creative ideas clearly and manage timelines and expectations

Required

Deep understanding of the social media landscape and performance-driven creative
