Responsibilities

Manage reception desk operations on a day-to-day basis. Respond to and forward calls, maintain station email inboxes, provide guest access to building and parking garage and some administrative tasks

Maintain fresh coffee, clean, and organize breakroom. Operate and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment including dishwasher, coffee machine, range, and other equipment

Receive and distribute packages and mail as they are delivered to or picked up from WBURs studio
