RiVidium Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a federal customer in leading and managing a complex contract that spans multiple technical and operational areas. The Program Manager will oversee initiatives in various domains, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract performance in a fast-paced federal environment.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight of both the technical and administrative aspects of contract performance

Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of all contract deliverables and data submissions

Monitor and manage the contract schedule, cost, staffing, and resource allocation

Lead a team of skilled technical, professional, and support personnel across various IT and cybersecurity functions

Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure mission needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Develop and implement project plans, performance metrics, and reporting structures

Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with federal standards and contract requirements

Support the evaluation, testing, and training related to Navy network systems

Promote continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and overall program excellence

Required

5+ years of experience in Contract Management or Program Management

Active DoD Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Proven experience managing teams of professional and technical personnel involved in Navy network system design, development, testing, evaluation, or training

Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget

Strong ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives

Experience managing diverse technical teams with multiple skill sets

PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
