Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience across the full operations of a chemical manufacturing facility—learning how products are made, optimized, and delivered safely and efficiently

Collaborate in innovation sessions focused on product and process improvement, sharing your ideas to help drive real change

Lead 2–4 meaningful productivity projects designed to deliver measurable cost savings and improve production performance

Support sustainability initiatives by developing and implementing actions that reduce waste and environmental impact

Work alongside site leaders in Waste Reduction, Utility Optimization, and Sustainability to identify and execute high-impact projects

Own 2 site-specific projects centered on utility efficiency and waste reduction, contributing directly to our long-term sustainability goals
