Responsibilities
Oversee our third-party accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions
Own the monthly period close and financial reporting process
Manage licensing, entity compliance, and assist with new LLC setups for new restaurants
Handle ad-hoc accounts payable, payroll, and reporting requests
Support projects tied to expansion, compliance, and operational improvements
Work directly with restaurant operators to ensure policy compliance and accurate financial reporting
Assist the Director of Finance/Controller as needed
Qualification
Required
Restaurant and/or hospitality industry experience required
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing third-party providers
Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (Accounting strongly preferred)
3–5 years of accounting/finance experience preferred
