Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for clients and agencies; clarify campaign instructions and secure approvals
Prepare, test, schedule, and deploy fundraising text messages daily with embedded tracking links for precise reporting
Manage mobile carrier phone number procurement and maintain detailed deployment records
Monitor campaign data continuously for accuracy, investigate anomalies, and coordinate technical solutions as needed
Document processes thoroughly to drive consistent quality and enable continuous improvements
Ensure that all campaigns comply with Carrier and government regulations, including internal Do Not Call registry and required filings with government agencies
Actively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to seize opportunities, ensure smooth operations and quickly resolve issues

Willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment structured around right-of-center political candidates and causes
Proactive, transparent communication is essential to mitigate errors and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Keen attention to detail and analytical mindset for inputting, managing, and interpreting large data sets
Technical savvy with MS Office, Slack, online reporting tools, and basic coding ability for tracking link management
Willingness to learn the nuances of political direct response fundraising and digital campaign metrics
Flexibility to work early hours aligned with Eastern Time Zone and occasional weekends balanced by weekdays off
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive, collaborative attitude
