Responsibilities

Advise on consumer data strategy and support marketing operations

Design and implement A/B tests and lift analyses to measure campaign impact

Build reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau

Collaborate with marketing, IT, CRM, and clinical teams to optimize data integration and processes

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, statistics, or related field

7+ years in analytics with leadership experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Google Analytics, Alteryx, Salesforce, and healthcare data

Knowledge of R or Python for statistical analysis
