Blue Rock Search has partnered with a growing education-focused franchise brand to identify their first Director of Franchise Sales. As the Director of Franchise Sales, you will serve as the key contributor and driver of strategic growth initiatives for lead generation, compliance documentation, and discovery process through closing sales.

Responsibilities

Qualify, track, disclose and sell franchisees to all incoming leads
Drive sales process to meet or exceed quarterly goals
Provide updated progress reports toward set goals
Demonstrate an effective and strategic use of lead nurturing through the sales process
Maintain CRM with all communication and documentation necessary to be in full compliance with franchise sales best practices and governing federal laws
Screen prospects for alignment with core values, fit for the brand and ability to meet financial qualifications
Nurture relationships with existing franchisees to generate referrals and potentially build their expansion plans
Embrace a team approach to conducting Discovery Day while maintaining ownership of all in-person and virtual meetings and gaining approval by franchisee selection committee
Collaborate with marketing team to assist in the development of franchise sales marketing to implement effective lead generation; track performance and adjust plans accordingly to meet or exceed goals
Participate in lead generation through franchise conferences, networking events, online networking (LinkedIn), IFA participation and other industry events when needed
Know and adhere to federal, state, and local laws pertaining to franchise sales and disclosure information
Forecast and analyze sales budgets for franchise growth opportunities

Required

5 to 7+ years of franchise sales experience
Desire to work in a core value driven and team-oriented company
Effective communicator, both written and verbal
Self-disciplined with a provable track record of meeting or exceeding franchise sales goals in a remote position
Self-starter with take charge, proactive approach
Understanding of applicable franchise laws
Strong sales presentation and sales skills
Organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office and familiar with CRM platforms
