Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, Google Ads, email) and traditional (print, direct mail, signage) channels
Build and manage project websites, ensuring premium design and effective lead capture
Oversee creative branding, model home merchandising, and all sales collateral
Manage the marketing budget, track campaign ROI, and report on performance
Partner with the sales team to support lead conversion and organize broker/community events
Analyze market data and lead sources to refine strategy and maximize sales velocity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate development or homebuilding
Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and website CMS
Strong project management, creative, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is strongly preferred
