Responsibilities

Assist with reviewing and editing agreements
Track key dates, deadlines, and contractual obligations
Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, legal research, and document management
Organize and maintain litigation files and materials
Support ongoing compliance programs and policy updates
Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementation needs
Maintain legal files, databases, and calendars
Serve as a resource to attorneys and the broader legal team

Required

Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies
1-2 years of experience in a legal setting (internship experience counts!)
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, data entry)
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, scanner)

Preferred

Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree
Experience with legal or contract management software
