Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include sourcing, negotiate pricing/terms, facilitate procurement workflow, vendor selection/management, contract revisions/renewals, and regular reporting to management

Manage and drive the procurement processes using Samsung systems

Work with internal customers and drive cost efficiencies

Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, solve problems, and make procedural decisions and/or judgments

Assess value and product/service reliability relative to cost; plan, organize, and coordinates acquisition alternatives, as appropriate

To follow procurement rules & regulations and enforce onto procedures and activities that support Samsung processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

5+ years of related experience

Skills in the negotiation and establishment of contractual arrangements for goods and services

Knowledge of costing and pricing methodologies

Proficient with MS Excel – Intermediate level or above

Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong business acumen and sense of ownership

Construction procurement experience

Preferred

CPM/CPSM/CPIM certification a plus
