VIE - HSES Project Manager (M/F/D)

Responsibilities
Refurbish and improve the efficiency of the whole HSES training system providing HSES knowledge and competencies to all ALAM execution departments
Transfer the scientific knowledge collected through the chemistry deep-dive initiative to the employees
Interact with all the Execution and Technology departments within ALAM
Ensure employees receive the necessary training to operate safely in all circumstances in their roles
Foster a culture of continuous HSES learning and development throughout the organization
Engaged in the improvement of our contractor HSE management and contractor approval process from the HSE perspective
A mapping of the priorities in HSES training modules to refurbish has been developed and confirmed with the stakeholders
The training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-class training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, VR, etc) for the critical HSES training have been identified, including the future ownership and way of update
The specifications for all the critical HSES training are defined (from the training setting to the training completion record and training metrics)
Awareness training packages have been developed to support the HSE initiatives that are implemented at ALAM Global or site level
All the HSES training packages have been designed (new ones) or redesigned (existing ones) in accordance with the mapping strategy
The HSES training packages include the chemistry deep dive knowledge transfer
The HSES training management that has been designed and implemented ensures the proper HSES training of the employees and the related monitoring and control is established and implemented
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Occupational Safety, Chemistry, Training or Communication
Ability to travel in the US
Basic understanding and high interest in chemistry and industrial processes
Preferred
Experience with training modules design
Train the trainers certification
