Responsibilities

Performing scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP

Troubleshooting equipment failures. Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals

Working with senior personnel and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance

Correcting and generating SOPs when required

Training junior technicians as needed. Send and receiving parts from clean or repair

Required

Two-year technical degree, equivalent military experience or if not available, 5-10 years direct applicable

Semiconductor experience in High Volume Manufacturing Facilities. AMAT Centura 5200 experience on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, gas panel Must have high volume fabrication experience

Ability to follow SOPs

Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment. High level of initiative and desire to learn

Prior experience with 5s and LEAN methodologies
