Responsibilities

Partner with the finance, compliance, legal and fund administration teams to deliver client focused solutions

Provide oversight for the finance and accounting that supports the creation, distribution, and servicing of Alternative Investment products

Participate in the audit process, helping coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion

Provide general accounting and transaction support, drive management and corporate reporting, as well as provide thoughtful input to resolve technical accounting issues

Required

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously through complex structures in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and accustomed to working with a team, both in-person and virtually

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years of related work experience with a mix or public accounting and private sector accounting

Experience in alternative financial services and/or private equity structures with a CPA/CA designation

Highly motivated, able to work independently, and consistently apply diligence and care

Proactive in managing priorities and fostering a culture of improvement and strong controls

Demonstrable experience working on automation and / or digitalization efforts

Preferred

Experience in Registered Investment Companies
