Responsible for successfully booking incremental business through the systematic use of the telephone
Verifying and obtaining pertinent client information, booking appropriate reservations, promoting brand loyalty, establishing a relationship for future marketing endeavors, and regular follow up with clients
Responsible for the daily organization and filing of telemarketing logs, databases, client information, and reservations
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration (Must be at least 21 years of age)
Ability to use a multi-line telephone and computer
