Responsibilities

Contributing to the evolution of the risk management function including; evaluating current processes and ways of working to ensure we are focusing on what matters most

Identifying and maximizing capabilities of suppliers

Monitor financial markets and the global macroeconomic environment to understand primary drivers of commodity markets

Leverage existing supplier and banking relationships to generate and influence recommendations for risk management hedging decisions

Manage recurring reporting processes and management presentations to drive visibility into business performance and resource planning decisions

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field

3+ years of Finance, Treasury, or Banking related experience

High level of curiosity with strong business acumen

Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to use data to influence decision making through excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in an easily understandable way

Strong project management capabilities to manage multiple project streams and complexity

Exceptional writing and presentation skills with comfort and ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling executive-ready communications to various audience groups with limited guidance
