Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Estimate project resources and timelines using standard estimating techniques and tools
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Assign tasks and track project progress, proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans
Ensure project quality by adhering to established methodologies and collaborating with quality assurance teams
Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders, facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor and assist junior project leaders, sharing knowledge and best practices in project management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
2-5 years of relevant project management experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management principles
Strong technical knowledge and application of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise judgment in complex situations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in the medical device industry, particularly with design controls and quality management systems
Familiarity with Windchill or similar software
Master's degree in a related field
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
