Responsibilities

Collaborate with UPW-IWT Process Engineering teams to analyze equipment failures and reliability metrics, driving improvements in maintenance models and system designs

Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment and systems

Develop and manage equipment management programs, with a focus on reliability optimization

Participate in resolving urgent process/equipment issues and provide support for staff with quality and reliability expertise

Possess strong Quality and Reliability background with experience in critical tools like Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, FMEA, etc

Have a strong understanding of Reliability concepts, such as FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Maintenance types, MTTF, MTBF, and MTTR

Drive process optimization by studying performance data and implementing engineering solutions

Analyze performance data and develop metrics for various operations, with a focus on improving productivity and efficiency

Required

B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree a plus)

Flexible and team oriented

2-year minimum experience in a Manufacturing Operations department

3+ years of experience driving equipment life cycle improvements

Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed

Possess strong Quality and Reliability background with experience in critical tools like Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, FMEA, etc

Have a strong understanding of Reliability concepts, such as FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Maintenance types, MTTF, MTBF, and MTTR

Preferred

Semiconductor experience preferred

Reliability Certifications such as Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus
