Responsibilities
Provide quality reproduction submitted by customer
Must be able to work alone and as a team
Learn how to utilizing high speed copiers
Perform quality control checks on all work produced
Monitor usage of materials and supplies to place orders
Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in high volume production environment
Understanding of receptionist & hospitality duties and responsibilities
Know, understand, and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times
Learn to set up audio visual meetings
Provide reception back up duties as needed
Move boxes, supplies or furniture as needed
Prepare outgoing items for shipping and scanning
Additional responsibilities that other employees at that site do not perform
Qualification
Required
Understanding various copiers, printers, and Multi-Function Devices
Understanding of Microsoft office programs
Strong customer Service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Detail oriented, organized and quality conscious
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment screening
