Territory Sales Manager- Outside Eyewear Sales (NYC)
ClearVision Optical is an independent, family-owned company with over 75 years in the eyewear industry. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to represent their eyewear portfolio across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx, focusing on building long-term relationships with eye care professionals and growing the territory strategically.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of your NYC territory and grow it strategically
Build long-term relationships with existing customers while developing new ones
Help practices make confident, profitable eyewear decisions
Represent our brands with professionalism, product knowledge, and care
Manage and grow an established NYC territory with room for expansion
Plan and execute in-person sales visits and follow-ups
Prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business
Act as a trusted consultant to independent eye care professionals
Present eyewear thoughtfully and confidently
Stay organized using CRM and sales tools
Navigate daily city travel and a full appointment schedule
Qualification
Required
A strong interest in eyewear, fashion, or related industries
Confidence building relationships and having consultative sales conversations
Solid organization, communication, and follow-through
Comfort working independently in a field-based role
Physical ability to manage sample bags and daily travel throughout NYC
Preferred
Optical experience is a plus, not a requirement
Candidates with strong B2B sales backgrounds from fashion, accessories, beauty, medical device, salon, or wholesale industries
