Responsibilities

Contribute to the growth and development of the Mobility, Defense and advanced Industrials Practice (MDI)

Offer honest advice and practical guidance to clients

Support organizations in the development, production, operations and sustainment of aerospace and defense platforms

Define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness

Broaden knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues

Required

Experience working as a Management Consultant required

Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships

Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues

Have managed at least one major workstream of the business design

Experience working in or alongside clients in the following industries: Aerospace & Defense

Aviation

Functional expertise in manufacturing and supply chain operations

Be located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or Toronto

English fluency

Preferred

MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience

Active clearance is a plus
