As the Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will be the technical leader for Salesforce, responsible for setting standards, driving best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions across various Salesforce clouds.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce configuration and automation

Establish and enforce best practices for Flows, validation rules, and automation

Review and approve admin work for quality and scalability

Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and Experience Cloud

Own end-to-end technical delivery: design, build, test, deploy, maintain

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across quoting, contracting, and case management

Provide input into architecture and roadmap decisions

Collaborate on integrations with GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, LeanData, ZoomInfo)

Maintain documentation and governance standards

Qualification

Required

5+ years of Salesforce administration experience

Advanced configuration skills (Flows, automation, data model)

Strong expertise in CPQ/Revenue Cloud and quoting processes

Familiarity with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

Ability to mentor admins and lead technical delivery

A product mindset: systems thinking, process thinking, outcome thinking

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent)

Familiarity with GTM SaaS tools like Eloqua, LeanData, Jira, and Confluence
