Responsibilities

Lead Copilot enablement: Deliver training programs that empower teams to use Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively

Build the champions program: Recruit, train, and support internal AI champions to scale literacy and adoption

Drive cultural change: Create engaging content, demos, and workshops that demystify AI and foster a learning mindset

Share best practices: Curate and communicate AI success stories, use cases, and lessons learned across Phibro and with external partners

Manage external suppliers: Source and oversee vendors for training, tooling, and enablement services

Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with business, IT, and compliance to align AI literacy efforts with strategic goals

Measure impact: Track adoption, engagement, and capability growth across teams

Required

Strong understanding of AI tools, preferably Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem

Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences

Experience in learning & development, change management, or digital transformation

Comfort working with external vendors and managing budgets

Passion for AI: a natural enthusiast who stays current on trends, tools, and opportunities to inspire others

Concise writing and clear storytelling for business partners. Fluent in English

Preferred

Prior corporate/enterprise experience

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem

Background in community building and/or internal and social platform communications
