Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Payroll Sales Representatives
Drive new business development by prospecting, presenting, and closing payroll and HR solutions for small and mid-sized businesses
Coach and mentor sales reps to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
Analyze territory performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting to optimize results
Maintain expert knowledge of Simpay’s payroll and HR product suite, as well as competitive offerings
Represent Simpay at networking events, trade shows, and local business associations
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance sales culture
Qualification
Required
3+ years of successful sales leadership experience in payroll, HCM, or financial services
Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding quotas
Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop sales teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital prospecting tools
