Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Dallas-based sales desk team, mentoring internal and external wholesalers to exceed performance goals

Design and deliver training programs on investment products, market trends, sales strategies, and compliance requirements

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic initiatives

Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using data and technology to scale operations and automate reporting

Partner with marketing, product development, finance, and IT to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment

Translate data into customer behavior insights to refine targeting and segmentation strategies

Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and conduct principal reviews

Assist in identifying and onboarding top talent for the sales team

Oversee CRM usage and reporting to enhance productivity and visibility
