Responsibilities

Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers to achieve sales goals

Manage Territory: Develop and execute strategic sales plans across Oklahoma City and the greater region

Customer Engagement: Conduct site visits to assess operations and recommend tailored Bray solutions

Product Expertise: Represent the full range of Bray Process Control products, demonstrating deep product knowledge and competitive advantages

Technical Advocacy: Understand design specifications, applications, and industry standards to deliver high-value solutions

Required

Must reside in Oklahoma/Oklahoma City and be willing to travel within the territory and to Houston, Texas occasionally for training & development

2-5 years of successful technical sales experience in an industrial environment, ideally in valves, actuators, controls, instrumentation, or fluid handling systems

High school diploma required

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Strong technical acumen and problem-solving mindset

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable personal transportation

Frequent travel within the territory; occasional travel to Houston, TX for training

Background check includes, but is not limited to, a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), non-DOT physical, and credit check
