Responsibilities
Work alongside LPC attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of civil litigation
Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and craft compelling motions
Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often second or third-chairing in court
Strengthen your writing skills with guidance from skilled mentors – no worries if you’re not a strong writer yet, just bring your enthusiasm to grow!
Qualification
Required
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Bar admission to any of the following states- CA, FL, AZ, and WA
1-4 years in civil litigation
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Writing proficiency is a plus
Ready to learn, adaptable, detail and solution-focused, and resilient in a high-energy, high-stakes environment
State Bar License (Required) for any of the following states- CA, AZ, FL, or WA
