Responsibilities

Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and timely project completion within the defined timelines
Leveraging insights about customer needs and ABB’s offerings to identify suitable solutions for clients, leading to project results that meet customer expectations
Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts
Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills
Support Stakeholder Communications including drafting and sending internal communications, such as meeting invitations, follow-up emails, and project updates. Prepare summaries or 'one-pagers' for meetings or new initiatives. Help maintain distribution lists and update contact information for stakeholders
Participate in project coordination by attending project meetings to observe and document discussions, decisions, and action items. Assist in preparing project status reports or presentations for leadership. Help coordinate logistics for project workshops, brainstorming sessions, or stakeholder reviews
Conduct Research and Data Gathering through research of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform engagement strategies. Gather and organize data for ongoing projects, such as survey results or feedback forms. Compile findings into clear, concise reports or slide decks for team review

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Management or related fields in the United States
Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality
Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
