CAROLINA PRG is seeking a Director of Credit & Receivables to oversee the Accounts Receivable and Credit function for a large, complex enterprise. The role involves managing a sizable team, driving process excellence, and ensuring disciplined credit and collections practices across high-volume commercial B2B accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-layer AR team, establishing KPIs and a culture of accountability
Oversee all AR functions, including credit, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application
Manage large, high-volume commercial portfolios while maintaining strong customer relationships
Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations leadership on escalations, reporting, and process alignment
Prepare AR dashboards, aging analyses, and DSO trend reports for senior leadership
Lead system upgrades, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive AR leadership experience managing large teams
Experience in a high-volume, multi-entity enterprise ($2B+ annual revenue or equivalent)
Proven expertise in credit management, collections, and dispute resolution
Strong analytical, communication, and executive reporting skills
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent) and advanced reporting tools
Track record of driving process improvements and building cross-functional partnerships

Preferred
