Bilingual Service Consultant (English/Spanish)
Dayforce is a global human capital management (HCM) company that offers a unified solution database and continuous calculation engine. They are seeking a Bilingual Service Consultant to manage and execute the entire implementation life cycle, focusing on General Ledger requirements and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the GL implementation process, which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, guided configuration, unit and integration testing, training, and full deployment
Apply functional and technical expertise to effectively execute requirements
Partner with client project managers and executives throughout the implementation
Engage specific client contacts, such as Controllers, Accountants, and Financial Officers to complete analysis of client specific GL posting requirements
Consult and advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment
Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external clients, and third parties to ensure a successful delivery
Effectively manage multiple projects and clients at the same time with multiple competing priorities and to coach others to work effectively
Qualification
Required
Must be fluent (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Accounting or equivalent experience
Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll, production environment and implementation practices
Problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot problems to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions
Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment with focus on HCM
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet deadlines for multiple clients concurrently
Proven ability to document requirements, issues, and outcomes
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Preferred
5+ years of software implementation experience, with a focus on accounting preferred
Knowledge in SQL, XML, XSLT preferred
Specific experience with Payroll modules within Workday, Ultimate, Lawson or ADP is strongly desired
