Have functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Strategy, Quality, Operations / Production, Maintenance, Digital Manufacturing, Engineering / Continuous Improvement, Shop floor experience

Hold a master's degree (engineers preferred) OR undergraduate degree with relevant work experience

Be located near or willing to relocate to Chicago

Fluent in English

3-5 years of professional experience

Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC

Preferred

Experience working as a Management Consultant strongly preferred
