Responsibilities

Oversee the Direct-to-consumer (B2C) business for MX, including category management, promotion planning and execution, GTM, business planning, and operations

Define and align the MX B2C category strategy with SEA E-commerce and MX Leadership

Lead communication and alignment with internal/external/HQ partnerships to align strategy and targets

Lead NPI launches and GTM, providing clarity and driving decisions across all cross-functional teams

Serve as the Promotions Subject Matter Expert, optimizing and driving promotion effectiveness to drive both top-line and bottom-line growth by partnering with PM and finance team.s

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Merchandising, Product, UI/UX, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Service to create a best-in-class consumer experience and successful execution

Champion continuous improvement and optimization to drive growth with data-driven insights across the business, including traffic, merchandizing, funnel, promo, CEJ, fulfillment operations, and customer service

Drive alignment on monthly/quarterly/annual targets and quarterly strategic plan

Lead Supply Chain Planning for D2C to reduce and deplete aging

Lead the MX business process and drive decisions for platform migration

Lead business reviews with E-commerce, MX business, and HQ

Think creatively, leverage data, and build insights to develop scalable products and promotions that drive business growth. Create business cases to accelerate category growth and develop functional capabilities for testing, learning, and iterating

Manage a high-performing team, focusing on scaling and developing talent to achieve business objectives

Work at all levels in the organization to translate business strategy into execution

Required

15+ years of experience in e-commerce business, category management, business planning, digital sales & operations

Bachelor's degree required; an MBA from a top-tier college will be a plus

Minimum 10+ years of people management experience is needed

Prior experience of working with consumer electronics/telecom/technology/retail companies is highly desired

Prior experience in eCommerce business practices and operations

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations

Must have strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Must be knowledgeable with e-commerce technologies/platforms and analytics

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of Windows presentation software

Preferred

Minimum 4 years of Supply chain/business planning experience for e-commerce preferred

Exposure and knowledge of AI and its applications for e-commerce are a plus

Digital UI/UX enhancements are a plus
