Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy integrations between IFS Cloud and external systems using IFS Developer Studio, IFS Connect, Boomi, and Novacura Flow
Develop, test, and maintain custom components, APIs, and workflows that enable seamless data exchange across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms
Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to define integration requirements, mapping logic, and data flow specifications
Configure and optimize IFS Connect message routing, transformation rules, and communication channels
Develop Boomi integration processes, leveraging connectors, transformations, and exception handling for end-to-end system connectivity
Build and maintain Novacura Flow applications to extend IFS functionality through mobile and workflow automation solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to connectivity, data transformation, and performance
Participate in data migration and synchronization activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency between systems
Document integration configurations, technical designs, and reusable components for future client projects
Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization for client integrations
Collaborate with the project team to ensure all integrations meet technical, security, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience developing integrations in IFS Cloud or IFS Applications, preferably in a Professional Services or consulting capacity
Hands-on experience with IFS Developer Studio for custom development, reports, and integration design
Proven experience with IFS Connect, including message configuration, routing, and monitoring
Strong working knowledge of Boomi integration platform—process building, connectors, and error handling
Experience developing Novacura Flow applications and workflow automations that interface with IFS
Proficiency in SQL, XML, JSON, and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
Understanding of API design, REST/SOAP services, and data mapping principles
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for integration and data synchronization issues
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience integrating with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications across multiple data domains
Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
Experience with IFS Lobbies, Custom Events, and Custom Objects
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation
Certification or advanced training in IFS Cloud
Experience in multi-system environments involving ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms
