Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple audit and assurance engagements simultaneously
Oversee engagement planning, risk assessments, substantive testing, and financial statement preparation
Supervise, coach, and review the work of staff and senior auditors
Ensure engagements are completed within budgeted timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
Maintain strong client communication and address issues proactively
Identify opportunities for process improvements and value-added services
Ensure compliance with firm policies and applicable auditing/accounting standards (GAAS, GAAP)
Participate in recruiting, training, and mentoring of team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or CPA eligibility required
3–6+ years of audit experience within a public accounting firm
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and internal controls
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and client deadlines
