Responsibilities
Providing leadership in key operation areas of intake, shipping, and customer service
Leading the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
Working closely in and with shipping, receiving, and customer service
Developing and executing warehouse improvements and strategies
Leading, encouraging and keeping the warehouse team on track
Ensuring employees are following standard procedures while helping improve overall warehouse efficiencies
Digging in to problem solve and strategize with other departments
Finding ways to cut costs and improve overall efficiencies
Helping with small HR tasks for warehouse personnel such as time off requests and scheduling part-time help
Qualification
Required
Ability to lead, plan and manage change
Ability to adapt to change in a highly fast-paced retail industry

Inventory and retail management experience a plus
