Responsibilities

Review assembly requirements for assigned locations, identify missing components, and expedite items to ensure timely delivery

Support and monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal service levels at assigned sites

Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

Coordinate annual physical inventories as assigned and in alignment with location-specific requirements

Reschedule existing purchase orders to align with current demand and collaborate with vendors through the online supplier portal

Review planning messages in PeopleSoft to support parts procurement activities

Analyze materials budget reports and provide explanations for discrepancies and variances

Perform additional duties as assigned, including slow-moving inventory reporting and analysis, parts disposition, entering inventory adjustments in PeopleSoft, and preparing or reviewing inventory transaction analyses
