Responsibilities
Perform daily maintenance tasks and respond to service requests
Assist in apartment make-readies
Maintain property exterior and common areas
Pick up trash and ensure clean and acceptable curb appeal
Use power blower and pressure washer for cleaning
Maintain flowerbeds, plants, grass areas, and pool
Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor
Ensure inventory of cleaning supplies
Report issues and assist with posting notices
Follow safety practices and participate in training
Comply with health and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
A valid driver's license may be required
Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field preferred
Experience with power tools and maintenance equipment
