Qualification
Required
Must be a licensed California attorney
Excellent academic credentials
Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
Exemplary client service skills with prompt response levels at all times
Desire to make court appearances, argue motions, and participate in hearings
6+ years of experience as a licensed attorney
Minimum of 5 years of probate; wills, trust, and estate litigation experience
Detail-oriented with strong drafting and negotiating skills and the ability to communicate legal subject matter to non-attorneys
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, business judgment, and strategic legal thinking
Ability to manage workflow independently to meet firm deadlines while achieving business and risk management objectives
Knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure
Preferred
Courtroom experience preferred but not a prerequisite
