Responsibilities
Provide daily application support, including system administration and configuration
Respond to user requests for configuration, implementation, and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Support application testing, including test plan and case development
Coordinate and deliver application training
Perform data management tasks such as archiving, purging, monitoring, and data updates
Schedule and distribute system reports
Maintain application integrations and interfaces
Perform regular software and setup maintenance
Conduct user profile and license audits
Review and recommend improvements to business processes
Support project teams with configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance
Research application functionality and apply findings as needed
Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
Assist with analysis and task work for enhancements and vendor/customer-related issues
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience as a business analyst or system administrator supporting enterprise applications
Familiarity with Salesforce
Preferred
Business analysis experience preferred
