Responsibilities

Serves as advisor for assigned program areas in the functions of planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and executing events and activities that take place at the installation's facilities
Analyzes Operations Orders (OPORDS), summary sheets, and special requests for use of services, facilities and/or equipment to determine required logistical support and assets
Coordinates with outside activities as needed, and ensures modifications are incorporated into the plans. Monitors events through execution and provides after action report when required
Reviews and interprets directives and regulations and advises on the development and implementation of local administrative directives and procedures. Identifies problem areas and recommends corrective action as appropriate

Required

Demonstrated work experience and ability that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties described above
Experience must have been equivalent to the next lower pay level
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
A one-year probationary period may be required
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation
