Creating estate planning documents using firm software
Preparing documents for client signing
Interfacing with clients to gather information and provide follow up
Conducting client signing meetings
Assembling binders for delivery to clients
Collaborating with the attorney to finalize comprehensive estate plans
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of estate planning experience in a trust and estate law office
Confidence in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds
Experience working directly with clients or conducting signing meetings
Ability to thrive in a supportive, organized environment
