Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking an Associate for their Asset Management team. The Associate will assist with various asset management functions including budget preparation, leasing strategies, and financial analyses within the assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

Assist with oversight and task management of Analyst team

Lead external partner/lender reporting responsibilities

Assist with implementation of asset management and leasing strategies

Assist with review and finalization of proposed budgets prepared by operations team

Assist with preparation of cash flow analyses and investment return projections

Assist with evaluation and execution of financings, recapitalizations, and dispositions

Compile and review investment analysis for presentation and distribution to management, lenders, and investment partners

Provide advanced analytical and financial modeling to analyze property performance, assist with hold/sell/refinance recommendations and address ad hoc reporting requests to ownership

Assist with information dissemination and review of annual appraisals

Conduct visits to owned assets to inspect the assets, perform due diligence, and conduct market research

Required

+/- 3 years of Commercial Real Estate experience

Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or other relevant subject matter; Master's degree preferred

Relevant experience and track record of advancement in commercial real estate finance and/or investment analysis

Advanced Microsoft Office skills; advanced/expert in MS Excel

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
